Why is President GOODLUCK EBELE
JONATHAN on the throne and why will he remain on the throne? This is
a question that even the supposedly discerning has failed to ask and arrive at
an answer. Humans naturally walk by inclination and by sight. The average man
fails to view situations from the spiritual or supernatural perspective. The
truth is that earth is ruled by the supernatural and another truth is that a
great number of Nigerians are average people.
First of all we must understand that God rules in the
affairs of men and gives the throne to whomever He wills, in spite of what men
will contrive and do. God is the ultimate arbiter and He knows how to dispense
justice or vindication to individuals, communities and nations. No man gets to authority or power without the
knowledge and sanction of God. Whomever He puts on the throne is either to be
a blessing to the people, a curse to the people, judge the people or carry out
one assignment for the purpose(s) of God. Men can aspire but God brings it
through or not; that we cannot take away from God.
We should also remember that what goes around comes around,
whatever we so we will reap. If you sow the wind you will reap
the whirlwind, if you sow a seed of corn you will reap many curbs of corn. It
is as definite and simple as that. God is a retributive God; He is also a
consuming fire even though He is also merciful.
We as human beings must understand these and never forget.
We must also understand that God is sovereign and He takes no orders or
consults any before He does what He wishes or desires. In the light of
this God can choose or elect whomever He wants and prop up. The scripture says
He brings one down and lifts up another; He lifts up a man from the dunghill
and makes him sit with princes; He kills and make alive, and He wounds and
heals. These are all in the nature and character of God.
Why Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the so much opposition?
Often a great opposition actually reflects the great calling, grace and
anointing of God on an individual and often what cannot be appreciated is
envied. Why the love hate feeling many have for GEJ especially from the opposition and the many who wish he could
just drop dead? It is for the simple reason that unregenerate mankind hate what
is of God or the doings of God.
Let us look at it from what we see unfold before our eyes
everyday and also from the spiritual or supernatural perspective of those who
are in the know.
What we see
happen before our eyes:
·
Was GEJ
ever an ambitious or aspiring politician? Research and give an answer.
·
How did he become a Governor? Remember somebody
picked him to be his running mate.
·
Things happened, events played out and suddenly
he was sitting on the Governors seat by no making of his. I am sure those
happenstances are still fresh in your memory.
·
Again somebody picked him as his running mate.
He never asked for it and he became Vice President. He was dutifully doing his
job and answering sir to his boss when down the line things began to happen and
events started to play out.
·
Suddenly it became obvious that this man will
sit on that coveted seat; a minority for that matter. Men began to play God and
unwittingly oppose God. But God was watching mere mortals and ordinary clay
oppose Him but He only laughed at them in derision.
·
After foolishly playing their idiotic game and
finally realising that the purposes of God could not be opposed they finally
yielded to truth, destiny and common sense. This was after acting their strange
uninteresting drama and causing agonizing moments for Nigeria and Nigerians.
The game players scurried out of Aso Rock
in shame with their tails under their legs, chief of them were one Aandoka, then MoJ & AG and Yakubu, then CEA.
·
Then the opposition and haters of God’s will
regrouped and began to claim that GEJ
was not entitled to a second term, their warped minds would not allow them
understand the simple English of the Nigerian constitution. They also claimed
that there was an agreement that power must remain in the far Islamic north
enclave – that it was their prerogative. Hmm, because Nigeria
is their personal estate but now we know better and that the heavens will not
fall after all.
·
Jonathan is Nigeria’s most vilified president, I
am sure you will agree with me. They have called him all sorts
of names, championed by the western opposition who in cahoots have become a
willing tool to the traditional enemy of GEJ
because he replaced their own. GEJ
is no god; Life and Death is in the hands of God.
·
I do not know how you mud-sling and malign the
president of your country and yet you aspire to get to the position of the
number one office and symbol of Nigeria and think you will get their or even
sit on that dignified seat and office. It is impossible; the law of reciprocity
will not allow that.
·
This gentle man with a placid mien has been
lampooned left, right and centre. But GEJ
is unperturbed, working and Nigeria is progressing. The latest detractor and
enemy have come from a onetime three term president who has appointed himself
to be judge of GEJ and guardian of
Nigeria. Who has carried himself about shamelessly and even claimed that he
will sacrifice himself for Nigeria. If he really cares let him pick up a riffle
and join the Nigerian soldiers in the frontlines fighting the Boko Haram insurrection just like one of
his sons did. This
man has no iota of shame; that he could summon the courage to attend the
wedding ceremony of the man you are lampooning about on a regular basis beats
me hollow. Did you
see how in the pictures he was bowing to Mr.
President while shaking his hands? If he really meant respect, it was from his
lips but not from his heart. He is a false man and Nigerians know it.
·
Ask your self have you seen any Nigerian leader in
Nigerian history that has been rallied round from everywhere like GEJ? Have you seen any sitting
President that has enjoyed the Right of
First Refusal and unanimous endorsement from his party and Governors like GEJ? Even OBJ had to slug it out for
his party’s presidential ticket when he wanted to run for a second term in
office. This is one of his grouse and envy towards GEJ.
·
What about the moles and opponents in his party
who bickered and fought and pushed themselves out of PDP to join the APC.
Eventually making the coast clear for GEJ
to roller coast to victory without a wicked opposition on his path to
transformation. This
is definitely God’s doing and unfortunately they were blind to it and played
along. God is always
wiser than man.
From the
perspective of those in the know
·
Revelations and word from the living God who
plants persons in positions has revealed severally to His children and servants,
including yours sincerely that GEJ
is his person and that He brought him to fulfil His purposes and that His
purposes are for the good of the land and the people.
·
The living God has also revealed to yours
sincerely that by the time GEJ is
through with his governance that Nigerians will be happy with him and be glad
that they had this man as president.
·
Not many leaders realize that they are in
position by God’s making. Many think their intelligence, their money; their
connections, their fame or their small gods they serve and perhaps carry about in
their pockets put them there.
·
GEJ
is one of the very few Nigeria Presidents who realized that God propped him up
for His purpose and He is humbly working to do the will of God. That
realization alone is a big plus for Him in the eyes of God who made the heavens
and the earth and the seas.
·
Every human being has his shortcomings, his
frailties and faults and GEJ is no
exception but what God looks for in a man is a contrite heart, humility, justice,
mercy, compassion, love and righteousness and these GEJ has. Since he has all of these qualities before God and not men
God is solidly behind him and will help him all the way.
GOODLUCK is God’s anointed and good luck for Nigeria. For
his sake God will reprove and rebuke kings and say touch not my anointed and do
my prophet no harm. That is the story, the life and destiny of GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN written and
crafted in heaven by the ALMIGHTY Himself.
Mark my words GEJ
second term of office is beginning two or three days after February 14, 2015 election
that will return him in a landslide triumph. Finally all the false prophets and
the book makers and the wicked oppositions and those who hate him and those who
think that they own Nigeria like a private estate will be silenced forever. God
will pour fresh oil on his head and make his cup to over flow in the presence
of his enemies and the enemies of this country. I say it again mark my words! May 29th
inauguration is only a formality that will come and go. That is the will of God
that no mortal or spirit or force can alter or change. The earlier you accept
this truth the better for you because that will mean you are agreeing with God
and God will bless you for that.
