Lev. 6: 8 – 13:
“Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Give Aaron and his sons the following instructions regarding the whole burnt offering. The burnt offering must be left on the altar until the next morning, and the altar fire must be kept burning all night. The next morning, after dressing in his special linen clothing and undergarments, the priest on duty must clean out the ashes of the burnt offering and put them beside the altar. Then he must change back into his normal clothing and carry the ashes outside the camp to a place that is ceremonially clean. Meanwhile, the fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must never go out. Each morning the priest will add fresh wood to the fire and arrange the daily whole burnt offering on it. He must then burn the fat of the peace offerings on top of this daily whole burnt offering. Remember, the fire must be kept burning on the altar at all times. It must never go out.’”

The scripture we have just read above tell us about the
requirement for the fire to keep burning without quenching or being put out on
the altar of God in the tabernacle or temple of God in the days of the
patriarchs and their descendants.
·
Your life and your body is the altar of God
·
Why does your altar need to be on fire? Because to
follow God it needs to be on fire always – continually; and no nonsense, no
undesirable element will be able to come near or land on the altar of God that
is blazing with fire
·
Fire will always come down on the altar that is
erected to God wholly and solely
·
This is what is meant for your altar to be on fire.
·
The devil is a copy cat who copies and abuses what he
copies from God
·
If you see the devil’s agents physical altar, it is
always on fire
·
So, why should you a child or servant of the Most High
God who made all things slack
·
Go ahead set your altar on fire now with
righteousness, holiness and the fear of God in the Holy Ghost
